1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ScrapeMonk services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ScrapeMonk provides web scraping and data collection tools designed to help teams collect website data reliably without maintaining fragile scrapers or ad-hoc scripts.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • • Comply with the terms of service of websites you scrape
  • • Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the service

4. Acceptable Use

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ScrapeMonk complies with all applicable laws and the terms of service of the websites you collect data from. ScrapeMonk is not responsible for how you use the data collected through our service.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the data you collect through our service. ScrapeMonk does not claim ownership of any data you collect or process. We process your configuration and job data solely to provide the service you requested.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability. Website changes outside our control may also affect scraping results.

7. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed annually in advance. All prices are listed in EUR and exclude applicable taxes. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

ScrapeMonk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prague.
